Default D.Burmannii

Hi guys my burmanii which i have grown from seed has finally started to flower.....They are about 2-3inch in sizeSo far only the biggest flowering...Anyways i'm afraid that it might die after flowering but i've also heard if its fed properly they will live up to a couple of years...So what does "fed properly" means?? The one flowering has caught quite a number of bugs already.. Even a fruit fly which almost escaped but finally lost the battle agaisnt the sundew..Other victims are like ants, small flying insect, small beetles..I'm afraird to feed the flowering sundew now cos i wasn't sure if it was like a VFT which uses quite some amount of energy to digest a bug..

So far, my Burmanii didnt die after it flower.

What you can do is, lets it flower for few , may be 5 flower. then, cut off the top part of flower stalk, so, the plant will not continue flower and not suffer so much from that. Collect seeds when flower bulb is dry. By so, you will have at least 100seeds++.

My burmanii have flowered almost 10 times!!! But it didn't die. Marvin, please don't claim that by letting it flower, it will die. If its healthy it will live.
