Harris from Penang
Hi guys/gals,
I'm a member of the old petpitcher forum and for the past few months have been everywhere else but here! David has done a good job with the layout of the new forum, I'm impressed. So, I'm Harris and lives in lovely Penang. A father of 2 kids and I'm an orchid and nephentes addict.

Re: Harris from Penang
Welcome back Harris. Thanks for the compliments on the forum. Hope with the changes (positive changes to most members I hope) it will increase the activity and involvement of everyone and increase membership. I've changed your registered date and post count to reflect the data in the old PetPitcher website.
By the way, I like your signature text... "Take nothing but pictures, leave nothing but footprints...". It just says it all. Ken, We were on proboards, a free forum provider before we shifted here. We were there for a year plus before we shifted here. You can see some old threads here, but the old threads are different in format and out of alignment. That's because we had to manually copy and paste the threads here. Even members post count and registered date has to be manually change by me. Proboards did not allow me to export the info out. The old forum is on http://www.petpitcher.proboards61.com/ but I have lock new registrants, so you will not be able to go in and see. To all members from the old forum who has registered here and I have not update your personal info, please let me know and I'll change for you. I might have miss out some members because during the migration, I was just packed with so many things to do. Also if you registered a different ID and email I might have missed that too.

Currently still stuck in the middle of south china sea until 10th Dec and that means I will miss the Penang floral show, very unfortunate. But, don't worry there will be another time. Maybe sometime in Feb/March for my house warming kenduri. I'll keep you guys updated. Bactrus, no problem lah mine were growing allright. I can give you another one when it is slightly mature. More orchids in my collection now, you guys are invited to my flickr page to view them. www.flickr.com/orchid-harris David, that's something I learn from an orchid sifu but it applies to every wild plant. Hopefully, my great grand children will still be able to enjoy orchids and neps in their natural environment and not by looking at photos...
