Fauzi (4zeplants) will be offering N. truncata (black) in October 2009. These seedlings are from BE (XS size) and going at RM190.0 per plant. Quite a good price looking at how rare this form is. Check out his website for more info and pictures of the parent plant. I just spoke with him and there are only limited plantlets available. Haa, haa... I have booked one!
![]() The female parent is dark maroon with a very flared peristome (almost black in some areas) and the male parent is dark brown to black in colour. But seeing these are grown from seeds, we may never know how the adult plant or pitchers will look like. That's the interesting part.
