Default Drosera burmannii from southern Thailand

Hi everyone,
Had a chance to observe wild N. thorelii / Tiger living in situ around southern Thailand and guess what I stumbled upon living side by side with the wild nepenthes??

You can't miss the N. thorelii seedling just beside the D. burmanii

Ya, weather around there is dry now. I've been told, during rainy season the wild neps will produce bigger and more colorful pitcher, I think D. burmanii there will probably exprience the same thing.... Mother nature works in a mysterious way....

Wow! Beautiful. Just love to look at Drosera in the wild. I've always wanted to see them with my own eyes but can't seem to find any in Peninsular Malaysia. Thanks for sharing.

Ken the D burmanii you're having will turn red once you expose them to enough sun. They need direct sun and lots of it. Whole plant will become red.

Ken, I have both the green and the more orange ones. They are side by side in the table getting equal amounts of sunlight so that's not the factor! I think that the orange ones I have came from seed from Casey! Thanks Casey!

Shawn, what Ken is growing originated from my balcony. They should go red at the tips and the tentacles but the leaves remain green.
