from this distance, it does look like gibba to me. do you have a macro picture of the stems, elaves and traps? Love the way the flowers grow out in a bunch. Hmm... I think i must reduce the water table for my gibba to induce it to flower.

Could be U gibba or U aurea, a closer picture of the flower will tell.

From the way the mass of green looks, my vote goes to it being U. gibba. That's a very cute little island of it you've got growing there, caseyhoo!

I think that there are a fair number of the aquatic utrics which have similar looking yellow flowers though...but the stringy nature of the stems does seem to indicate that its got to be U. gibba.

Honors talking. I didnt do anything to prevent the algae from become a problem. May be you can do water change weekly.

Just wanted to confirm, your U. Gibba is in the water dish for your other CPs like VFT? If so, that is cool! I should try this. My brother has some floating water plants growing in his VFT water dish, would be nice if Utrics will survive and bloom in these.
