but the problem is,if i sniff it really close to the Flava i can't smell anything from the plant.If i put it about 10cm away from my nose,then i can smell it again.so....still not 100% sure that the smell is from the Flava.

I get the smell when I place my nose real close to the opening. Hmmm...

My S. flava got flower yesterday. Check the flower. Yes. It is fragrant.

Smelling my flava again. Oh, fragrant smell as usual. And found the skeleton of rat just beside my greenhouse. That explains the foul smell in the first place.
