It's basically reversing the parent of the cross. For example, BE's N. Lady Pauline is N. talangensis x maxima wheresas EP's N. Exotic Lady is N. maxima x talangensis. Reverse cross sometimes product similar hybrids but sometimes also produce hybrids that might be different looking and more vigorous or vice versa. Hope this help.
