Default Health care

Fellow forumers,

Please share your personal health tips here in this thread.

Sprinkle s little salt in freshly sliced watermelon and eat it as a desert after lunch.
It will bring back your natural colour and shinyness of your skin.

Drink lots of Tea(Green tea is good), and do some research about different herbs.

Ali does this have anything to do with your other thread?

Don't be too clean, your immune need something to practice on for the real thing. This especially true for kids.

Hi

Well don't really have to have all this healthcare stuff or anything. To me just have the things we need like enough water maybe around 5-8 cups of water a day.Of course we can't do this all the time but we should all try

Like Khoas said don't be too clean or not lets say we move to a new enviroment which is not so clean we might easily get sick or a stomache ache or anything. Why not try mee from Jinjang hahahaha where you see rats running everywhere....i eat there once awhile. This is not good if you eat all the time but i think if maybe you just eat once awhile it won't harm much to your body.

very true of what you say.. ive read that young people that are not exposed to furry animals like dogs have higher risk of getting flu later in their life.l

Just concerned, you haven't responded to the other thread and now you've created this one on health.

Here's another bit of advice-
Eating fish more often is supposed to be good for you because they provide more essential oils or something like that.

Here's an advice for those having asthma, take honey and try out some traditional chinese medicine. In the meantime, try to drink soup that warms your body such as mutton soup. I used to be an asthma patient, I do not wish to see people suffer while I am cured.

By the way, take lots of fruits and water. I drink up to 13 cups of water a day, my friends call me water tank.

Cheers, have a healthy life

yup....
fish does not have saturated oils and does not have low density lipoprotein.. LDL causes your arteries to be blocked leading to heart attacks, strokes, etc. unlike chicken or red meat such as mutton, a lot of unsaturated fats are present.

when i was young i was forced to take cod liver's oil..or more famously known as scott's emulsion for children... i hated it because of its taste and weird color but apparently it builds the immune system. its got omega 3 in it..

also, eating cod liver oil will help to clear your respiratory system. its perfect for the function of your lungs.
