CP Competition - Other Activities
Lets post other pictures besides the CP Competition and talk here.
A trip to see Penang N. albomarginata in... Upper pitchers... Baby plantlets... Intermediate and upper pitchers... Fresh seed pods just opening showing the seeds. Natural hybrid of N. albo x gracilis A very red albo plantlet Baby plantlet... Deformed upper pitcher of an albo. This is not from an ampullaria plant. Ok, this is a special kind of "monkey" cup with hairs... Nice big pitcher... Dark maroon pitcher... The natural habitat of N. albomarginata More uppers... Insects and life-forms in the pitcher fluid Scenery from the top... Cute little fella that I almost step on.

Soem pictures during our visit to Eric's (monkeycup) place. He has alot of CPs but I will only post pictures of rare or spectacular plants that he has there.

N. alata N. ampullaria "speckle" basel pitchers Just look at the size of his hirsuta. Huge... Nepenthes... Charles and Ch'ien examining a Nep from Vincent (left). Charles and Ch'ien says that this might be a new species. Here's a close up of the pitcher of this plant that just might be a new species. Other Neps...

Ch'ien Lee's hybrid that he did about 5 years back when he was in MT. It is a N. veitchii x platychila. He was thrill to see an adult plant in Eric's place. And some more neps...

It's a N. burbidgeae x edwardsiana if I am not mistaken. This is Eric's (monkeycup) plant.
