Utricularia...
Went to Kedah last week...6 species were found. (From the record, Malaysia has 8 species.) I didn't bring my compact camera with macro zoom. So that can't really have the close up picture. (Please correct me if I put the name wrongly.)
Unsure what species is this. Perhaps is the U. bifida. No flower. Fully submmersed inside water. PH 6.   U. striatula  N.albomarginata
