Default N. mirabilis var. globosa - cut it or not?

This is one of mine N. mirabilis var. globosa that have "basaling".
I should cut the 'mother' plant or just let them grow as normal?





I get 2 growing point at the basal.

Please advice

dun cut.. the main plant act as shade to the small one.. if u cut it, the small one might die if too hot sun
