Re: 1st pitcher
Thanx Zulteh.
Kne, This hybrid is very vigorous...maybe why it did pitcher for me is because it was acclimatizing to my new conditions. My xLady pauline is coloring up very nicely though.

Its sibu x vent? No wonder it reminds me of my sibuyanensis. Congrats on your first pitcher.

Re: 1st pitcher
Ed and Aaron,
Thanx for your reply,i never grew a sibuyanensis personaly so i didn't know they become woody when young. My plants is only about 35cm in height.Just a rough estimate. But i'm fine if the plant is not dying.

Re: 1st pitcher
I grow some of my plants (raffs, gracilis, mirabilis, x coccinea) in burnt earth and I find that they do quite well. I water them twice daily, once in the morning and in the evening. Other Neps like Miranda, Belli and Sumatrana I plant in mix of sand and peat plus perlite and a small amount of moss (for top dressing).
