But I'm not sure whether my Burmanii is died of infection/pets or not, cause when i saw it, its already turn into brown color, but i didn't saw any pest like thing around it. The seed pod which haven't flowering, still green. I cut that part out already. If said due to old age, usually what's the life span for Burmanii?

Oh, if older media is suitable for germinating seeds, then i will try to inspect again my media is it free from pest, then will try to germinating the intermedia seed.

The flower would usually finish blooming, produce seeds and only then die back if it's dying off due to nature. If the plant suddenly turn brown & die right during flowering, the most likely culprit would be pest and not old age.

Since the seed pods are still green, are you sure it's got seeds? Anyhow, I'd be very cautious in re-using the media in this case, some pest aren't visible to the naked eyes.

Well...fauzi told me that its flower should me cut down after a stem grows but U can leave it because its still young and has A LOT of energy.Its easy

My drosera spatulata survived the flowerings but just let it bloom 2 flowers N nothing more ok?

Only some drosera are affected greatly by flowering. Drosera spatulata is very hardy. Mine is now producing 2 flower stalks. It had survived a lot of stress. Once forgot to water until all the leaves turn yellow and another time submerge in water for 2 days. Still alive.

Erm, i ain't sure its got seed or not, but i think i will wait its to turn brown see if is got any seed produce inside or not first.
Anyway, i was thought was remove some of the top media to avoid pest infection. Still need to inspect for pest after i remove also.

ALL of them look very healthy.....Burmanii seeds look ver y similar to binata seeds

Long time didn't updates my own thread.

On my Adelae case,
Sigh.. 2nd attempt on uprotting one of the Adelae to plant in on another pot, with bottom layer peat moss & upper layer with spagnum moss.
After 3 weeks+ times, it show's sign of decaying, i guess it just won't work on me on this. No symptom of dehydrate.
On another side , where my 2nd attempt of propagating it through leaf cutting is very successful, it sprout out many little plantlets. same medium just that this time i put peat moss at top. & with a wrapper to wrap on top of the pot with holes for ventilation to keep maintain the Humidity.

On my Intermmedia case,
I had tried to grow some intermmedia under a 36w PL light, which share together with my fish tank. The distance is around 3inch between plant & light.
But after it had flowering, its start to dying already, i had pour some seed inside also, i wonder too strong light for them will burn them out or not.


On my burmanii case,
Now im slowly doing some experiment with my old seeds, but i didn't wrap the pot with wrapper to maintain humidity, not sure its works or not.
Hopefullys everythings goes fine. From a piles of burmanii, now im only left a few.

My first Adalae also did that....decayed.Scared now....don't dare to move it into low humidity 'territory'.
