Apple tree
My ampullaria had recently grow it's pitchers on the stem, it looked like a bunch of apples on the tree. The newly grown pitchers are getting bigger and bigger.
This are the basals formed at the base. |

Re: Apple tree
TS, you have just convinced me to leave my ampullaria alone and not cut down the main vine as a cutting.

Re: Apple tree
Thanks everybody, glad that you all like this amp too.
I remembered I have seen once Robert posted a ampullaria picture from the wild which grow like this, of course with very much bigger "apples" then mine. |

Re: Apple tree
Hi
TS when the basal's continue to grow and cover the whole pot,how to water it i always have a thought that when amp basal covers the pot the water that you water it wouldn't reach it's roots. BTW nice amps Ken |
