Hi cpnut,
You are most welcome. Be it N.ramispina x N.ventricosa or N. gracillima x ventricosa, the good thing is it grows happily in lowland condition despite the highland/imtermediate trait. ![]() Let see how it goes, probably we could ID it when it gets bigger. Quote:

It's funny to think you know what a plant is, read thru three pages and then see that people have come to that conclusion. Looks a bit like my ventricosa x ramispina.

thanks cpnut, will drop by eric's place to look for this plant one day. be it gracillima or ramispina as a parent, the colour of the leaves and pitchers are still fascinating. really nice shade of red. and of course, it grows well in lowland conditions!!

Hi Ed,
At least now with your pic, we all know how a N. xRebecca Sopper suppose to look like when grown in tropical L/L condition (i'm assuming) and I must say it's a pretty decent looking cross. ![]() So I can say it's less confusing now... ![]() ![]() |

Sure, no problem guys, I am expecting to get a cutting from my friend on this one. He grows his Rebecca Sopper at the elevation of 1200 m asl, so probably when down to our lower elevation the pitcher might not get that big or dark color.
