Marvin,
Noticed you got the northiana.Well congrates to you but just a friendly advice from me. You said you have potted it with the wrong medium,northiana doesn't like it's root to be disturbed so it's good to start with a big pot but what exactly is the medium you potted it with? Bigger pots > more water > root rot.Control this by watering when the media gets dry.

Oh yeah..I pot it with sphagnum moss and peat and silica sand..It has very little root very hard to put it in the pot
