Well maybe that species has smaller mouths.....And also the shiny pitcher which i think you're trying to point too is a smaller pitcher and probally already separated from the mother plant therefor making smaller pitchers.
Main plant=separate=another smaller plant.. My sarrs also produce smaller trap and i thouht it was weird but when i looked at it..it was from a different rhizome.And BTW its peristrome you missed out the i hahaha Ken |
