Yes it is an aquarium. Got it from Pet Safari in Ikano some time back. malowie, PLL lights are a type of lightings used by planted tanks enthusiasts to grow their water plants. It's 2 long tube connected together at the end. Whether it uses a lot of electricity or not depends on the wattage of the bulb or how many you use. Yes, I grow my cephs and heliam under those lights too.
