Drosera suitable for tropical climates

Hi all
is there any drosera suitable for outdoor growing in tropical climates and does not need dormancy?any help will be appreciated.

most droseras dont need dormancy.only a few need.

What about drosera adelae?I also read before that drosera burmannii will die after flowering.

Drosera adelae and burmanii can grow well in tropical climates.

For Drosera adelae, just need to give it shaded.

At here, D. burmanii will not die after it flower. Just the plant will be stress.

for D.Adelae if you acclimatize,ypu can grow it under full sun.will turn very red

On the dormancy issue, I'm from Singapore and grow my Drosera without dormancy treatment. These two species will go dormant if they feel like it, but will happily grow without too much fuss: D. binata, D. filiformis. They are quite robust and usually don't rot or die even if I don't lower the water level or reduce light during their dormancy period. On that note, D. capensis can also go dormant, but I've only had this ever occur once for me.

As for D. burmannii, its quite a weedy plant: for me it spreads and propagates itself without me having to do anything except when it starts growing where I don't want it to. The plants usually last for at least a few rounds of flowering before they die(if they die at all).

D. adelae refuses to grow for me though. No idea why.

If i put drosera outdoors,will it die as a friend of mine said the dew on his drosera gets washed off every time it rains.

yes the rain will wash away the dews and it will dew back the next day or two.sometimes after rain,the sundew dews up more dews than it does b4 been washed sometimes.

Could not find drosera adelae and only saw drosera burmannii.Anyway,what are the requirements of drosera burmannii?does it need full sun or some shade and does it tolerate torrential rain?(my friend's drosera adelae became floppy after heavy downpours).
