yes 2 different form for 2 different saison
here the winter form in dormancy you can see here the mexican habitats , before choice in a google modul the language . clic on mexican and after habitats ( climats, temperature,raining ,etc). http://fern72.free.fr/siteweb/pinguicula.html you can try in tropical country ,the mexican are tropical but from 800m to 3000m . jeff |

Well, I'm from Singapore and I grow it. One grows in peat and perlite, the other on sphagnum. Neither gives and problems, even when grown on the tray system. They don't seem to need the dormancy period so far.

I have had the ping for 2 years I think.
IIRC, They grow in gypsum soil that's where they get there name from. My media contains crushed coral for mineral supplement. |
