hey plantlover.
As what Cindy and Arvin had said, you may cut the flower stalk as near as the base/center, then repot somewhere, it will propagate for you. Believe me, it worked for me before! Hmmm... where is the thread I posted before.... Right, Cindy? Meanwhile, your VFT wont dead. Maybe it will just enter its dormancy. Watch out for it. k?
