I know of one hand carry service from USA to Malaysia. Will carry anything from money to phones to anything ... anything legal that is. I guess seeds are not that illegal.

But it is here . I would rather not take the chance being i don't have the money nor do i wanna do the time in jail for smuggling endangered plants.

I don't do illegal things too. Did not think it's so serious at first. To be labelled as plant poachers is one thing but to risk jail is a no no. Can you confirm seeds from endangered plants are also prohibited and need a permit. Is the permit part a big chore? Just exploring.........
