Hi everyone
Well the thread is definitly not as "interesting" as the thread says it is but anyways I've been somehow just looking a lot at this 2 different nep lately.....Both are in a way "Quite" simillar and just wanted to know a couple of things about them. What i want to know is well which is generally easier to grow in lowland conditions since both are intermediates and which is more sensitive ![]() Thanks to anyone who posted pics ![]() Ken

Ken,
You have been to Fauzi's nursery. I am sure you have seen his boschianas. They are pitchering to a reasonably size and are flowering too. In other words they are hardened to the KL environment. And Fauzi is also probably your only source of boschiana. So get boschiana. Forget about fusca. They are imported from BE as small plants and will take time to acclimatise. But if you have to get fusca, get the Sarawak variety, they are better looking and grow faster and pitcher more - for me anyway - than the Sabah variety. Choong |

I'm quite surprise at how good N. boschiana grew in LL condition without night cooling. So far, I'm also getting a pretty good pitcher : leaf ratio, I think N. boschiana is very adaptable to various growing condition.
Can't comment on N. fusca since I don't have one, yet... ![]() |
