Interesting find as always, Robert. Thanks for sharing with us, how I wish to go out looking for wild neps such as these on weekends, Borneo is undoubtly a nep paradise !!

I noticed the reinwardtiana upper look very similar (shape and peristome) to the upper of gracilis, interesting...

we can put 2-3 nos. of gracilis inside the reinwardtiana

Haha... actually, the gracilis I saw is pretty similar in size to the reinwardtianas in your pics...

Sorry should have use an object for size comparison, can use the size of sphanum moss in the backgroud to make a rough estimate ?? Will bring a measuring tape like what you did in your outings.... I learn as I go...

Thanks for sharing Robert.The Gracilis upper could be big.I have seen some big Gracilis uppers at Kledang Hill.
