Default Sundew photos

Some outdoor grown plants and more unusal use of Drosera.

This is not a photo of wild pygmy but in fact a large pot outdoor, there is a small she - oak growing in pot as well.

Drosera binata cv. Marston's Dragon. Normally has a white flower. This plant seem decided produce pink flowers. It has flower early so I wait for the next flower stalk to see if this a mutation.

Khoas, nice collection, very beautiful. Please confirm what was in the first photo, spatulata or burmanii (Sorry not so sure how to determine between the two).

Also very interesting potting mix you have there, please share your potting mix info?

arvin, those are pygmy sundews...my guess is that they are probably d.pygmaea.....i stand corrected as the pic isn`t too clear.

No pymgea in the pots. The species and hybrids are nitidula ssp allostigma, roseana, pulchella and peltata (Light green plant in the upper middles) The hybrids are Lake Carbarup, and Badgerup, nitidula x puchella.

Potting mix is 50/50 peat moss and white quartz sand. Basically what I use for most of my collection of Dionaea, Drosera and Utrics.
