Default cuttings of N.ventrata

i have some N.ventrata cuttings...and it haven't producing pitchers...and it already planted about 2and half months....and growing about 3 leaf
and my cuttings stem is pretty long anf one stem already grow 2 bud
anyone can tell me when will it produe pitchers?.......

It will take some time. Neps are slow. If there are new leaves then the plant is not dead. Maybe there's a problem with your lighting, humidity, etc. that is slowing down pitcher production.

Put it in a tray of water in the 100% sunlight it will pitcher and get strong in about a month. This is mine:
