Default My Pet Pitchers!!!

Hi everyone

Just snap some photos a couple of days back..I can't seem to upload most of them so i quickly randomly pick some...So here they are
And don't forget to COMMENT

The lower part of my nep rack...

My Viking seedlings....Sorry for blur pic..Camera can't focus on stuff like this..

Well nothing special you know just an albo with a Black Stripe..

It only appears on older pitchers...And also its easier to see when its wet so i spray couple of sprinkles on it and TADA..The newest pitcher for comparison..

The pitcher!!! Sitting comfortably on the chilli pot..

And thats all for tonight but there shall be more pics....Dumb photobucket

TO BE CONTINUED.....

Your pics are beautiful Ken but it's just that they are too big and takes time to load.

kent, i think the suitable common size for web view would be 800pixels X 600pixels (will be around 100-200kb) .

I also have same problem with u in the akai ryu, both my akai ryu almost all green alredi.

If you have photoshop you can "save for web and devices" and you set the jpeg quality to 40-60 and the size can shink from 1MB to 80KB. If you don't have photoshop, just open the image in microsoft paint and save. Minimal quality loss but the size is usually ½ or ¼ of the original.

Great pics! SO many impressive pitchers =O I hear that Akai Ryu needs an incredible ammount of sunlight to turn all red. Like full sun all day. But I'm not sure about that.

I noticed that VFT needs full sun. But temperature seems to be a factor affecting the color of the VFT. Warn day and cold night will yield nice color.

My typical green VFT use to have light red color on the traps but it is now all green. Lately, it has been raining frequently so it is cooler especially at night. It seems to bring up the light red color again on those traps. Those are my observations.
