Default Dormant?

Is my VFT going dormant.All of its traps are turning black one by one in time.And it produces smaller and smaller traps.It gets direct sun from morning till late afternoon.PLZ HELP ME!!

Do remove your water tray and reduce watering. Make sure media is just moist to the touch.
