Default Help please...

Help please....

Hi Im Toni I'm new to cp's about two months ago I bought a nepenthes x dyeriana and miranda. I have acclimated them to the sun and now I have them under a shade cloth, I've been noticing that my N. miranda's leaves is getting smaller and smaller and the N. x dyeriana's leaves is big but the pitcher is smaller than the old one, I wonder what im doing wrong?could it be because of humidity?or too much sun(its 32 degrees outside)I'm worried because I dont want them to die.

I have them potted in coco peat, bark and perlite and water them with distilled water every two days.

Hi, can i know where are you staying?
Well, what i can tell you is that your plants is NOT acclimatize to their new home yet. It's normal for nep. plants to grow smaller leaf or pitcher after the plants being transplanted/move to a new area or location, its just a sign that show the plants is under a stress. My only advise for you is just to leave the plants at 'that' location (under shade at least 50%) and continue to water the plant as required, depending on your weather/climate condt.Just try to maintain a moist growing media.
A note on your growing media, a mixture of coco peat and perlite itself is sufficient for most nepenthes. I'm not sure about adding bark to the medium, might be great if you want to use the media for growing orchid. But in my opinion, it serves no purpose for nep...
