My cat is too cute to kill (pics!)

There is a cat currently burrowing in the fabric I'm trying to use. She is such a brat! She's adorable, but also a pest.

Today she decided to rise to a new level of destruction by jumping up into the windowsill. I don't know what she thought she'd accomplish, given that said windowsill is completely covered in plants. Whatever she meant to do, what she actually did was knock four of them over, making a huge mess of dirt and plant everywhere, and scaring herself half to death. And causing me to scream at her and threaten to kill her if I caught her. (Thankfully they were all succulents not being watered, so it didn't hurt them and the dirt was dry and easy to clean up.)

But she is too cute to kill.

She's so adorable! I actually made a costume of her. (Since making costumes is what I do for a living. I periodically do personal projects which are basically a chance for me to advertise my skills and show off without being hampered by other people's bad designs.)

(I'm actually trying to sell it right now, to get some extra money for my wedding. :P Everybody loves it, but finding a customer who wants it and will fit it is a pain, I'm a bit on the short and skinny side.)

Haa, haaa... That is a nice costume. So... that is you inside the costume? Would you be able to do it if I were to ask you to make a Nepenthes pitcher costume for a 3-year old boy? The thought just came into my mind to stuff my son in a pitcher costume and see how cute he is walking around in the costume.

By the way, congratulations to you that you are getting married. When is the big day?

We're getting hitched on September 13th.

And yes, that's me in the costume!

As for making you one, I'd be able to, probably, but custom made costumes are not cheap, it would be probably around $500 for a child pitcher plant costume. (That's USD, I have no idea what the exchange rate is like between here and where you are.)

Ok, I'll just throw that idea out of my head. That would be about RM1,800.00. That is about the amount for a month's pay for a fresh graduate in the work place. Some get even lower than this.

Yeah, I know the costumes are pretty expensive. But that's about half a month's pay for me, since it would take that long to make it, and this is my job. Plants are my hobby.
