Re: October 2009 Competition Details
Below are the categories and the prizes. Each category shall have only one winner (Certificate of Cultural Excellence).
For categories that were cancelled because the quota of three entries was not satisfied, I have lumped them all into a new category called "Other Carnivorous Plants". I want to encourage those who submitted their entries for this competition. Just because not many CP enthusiat here grow the CPs they submitted, it just feels not right to cancel the categories. They should be encourage and given the chance to win something for their effort and for growing something others are not growing or find it harder to grow. The PetPitcher Award of Merit This award shall be given to one entry selected from all the categories - N. sp. viking x bicalcarata from N.Lau - T. ionantha Feugo clump from Tropical Selection Certificate for Best of Show This award shall be given to one entry selected from all the categories - RM70 credit to purchase from 4Z e Plants - N. sp. viking from N.Lau Nepenthes - Certificate of Cultural Excellence - RM70 credit to purchase from 4Z e Plants - N. sp. viking from N.Lau Drosera - Certificate of Cultural Excellence - N. sp. viking x kuchingensis from N.Lau - Neo. ampullaecea from Tropical Selection Other Carnivorous Plants - Certificate of Cultural Excellence - N. sp. viking x mirabilis from N.Lau - 2X New Zealand Sphagnum Moss (12 litre) from New Trio Products

Re: October 2009 Competition Details
Please note that there has been some changes in the Prizes as the Sarracenia and Pinguicula category has been cancelled. There was only 2 entries for each of that category. However, the 4 entries has been added to the Other Carnivorous Plant category.
Thank you.
