I got this plant two years ago as a present and planted it in the garden. It very looks like a stargazer. It's fragrant like hell. Maybe that's why it survived my dogs yet

I like lilies very much but my knowledge about them is very limited. I think you are right that they are part of the day lilies family. They even take strong winters. While some of my sarracenias didn't survived the last strong winter here this lilies had no problem with it. But this winter problem most of you doesn't have
