fungicide / insecticide reccomendations?

Right... i have gotten myself a propogator a heat mat and some moss from the garden center. just wondering if anyone could recomend a good fungicide and insecticide before i sow the seeds? dont want to use anything too harsh and kill them before i start. thanks
