Great trip photos! This is the first I've seen of the Thorellii growing in the sand like that. Amazing...and it looks so dry! I also hadn't suspected the smallish leafed stem, almost like a gracils. Seems like most have the reddish underside of the lid...is that what you found? Were the sites spread out far apart or all close together? Thanks again,
