Default I hope...

I hope this is a lithop.If it isn't one,can someone tell me what is it.And if it is one"to water or not to water;this is the question"haha.(by the way it's from shaksphere,spelling wrong?)

That's a pleiospilos! They're called split rock plants just the way Lithops sometimes are, and they are related. I have two of them. "Not to water" is the thing to do right now, it's growing its new leaves and it is just like lithops in that it absorbs the old ones, so it doesn't need any water while it's doing so.

Edit: Oooo, never seen one pupping like that. I had thought they would divide the heads the way lithops do, but that sure looks like some kind of pup. That's all sorts of awesome! Good luck with it.

Do they flower afterwards?So they grow like lithops but the only difference is the genes?

They're a little different, I'm not actually certain when they flower, mine haven't flowered for me yet. Though I haven't had them a year yet, so I'll see, I guess. I wouldn't want to put one in the same pot with a lithops, they'd not always want watering at the same time. But they are very similar in care, yes.
