I think it's funggi too. I put it indoor, in closed plastic containers. No suns, just 2* 4ft PL(daylight) and 1 * 4ft PL(warm) I spray/mist the seeds with water every 2-3 days. Change the tray water once a week.Hopefully u guys can help me out without a picture. So sorry for not being able to post a picture. Hi Robert, I am keeping those inside a closed container with some holes on the cover place under direct sun. Is it ok? The spagnum moss is wet all the time. Is there any problem to keep like that? Dom, sowing seeds using natural light i would place it under bright shade, in open container, keep it moist but not wet. Others may employed the same method as you and received good germination. Let's hear what others have to comment. Keep it moist and leave it in shaded area, bright sunlight. They usually germinate for me in 10-14 days. And don't get any mould/algae problem like I usually do with sphagnum. This method was recommended to me by Robert btw, ![]() ![]() Athene's Wishlist dom Full Member ![]() ![]() ![]() member is offline ![]() Joined: Dec 2006 Gender: Male ![]() Posts: 218 Location: Kuala Lumpur, Sentul ![]() « Reply #7 on Apr 7, 2008, 12:41pm » Ok ....thank you for the info. Works very well even for drosera. Open container, direct morning sunlight on the balcony. Oh, did soak the peat with boiling water before sowing seeds. That doesn't happen all the time...only when the seeds collected are not dried properly for storage. Or if the media in the boxes is kept too wet. « Last Edit: Apr 7, 2008, 3:16pm by cindy »Link to Post - Back to Top ![]() Full Member ![]() ![]() ![]() member is offline ![]() NewBie ![]() Joined: Mar 2008 Gender: Male ![]() Posts: 103 Location: Bandar Baru Bangi,Sel,M'sia ![]() « Reply #10 on Apr 8, 2008, 2:03pm » Thanks Cindy, I'll try some fungicide when i am free to get some.
