Sundews Collection
Archived my photos. Thought of sharing. Here's my plants.
(If you can't see all, please log in as I experience the same) Drosera Adelae Drosera Adelae Drosera Binata var. Multifida Drosera Brevicornis (Dormant) Drosera Broomensis Drosera Broomensis Drosera Burmannii Drosera Burmannii (Different pot) Drosera Burmannii (11 months ago - Just starting out) Drosera Burmannii (9 months ago - Started mass killing & offsprings production) Drosera Burmannii (6 months ago - Squeezing each other) Drosera Burmannii (2 months ago - Pagoda formation) Drosera Burmannii (Last one standing while the 3 have met the end of life span; after 13 months) Drosera Burmannii Drosera Burmannii Drosera Capillaris Drosera Capillaris (Different pot) Drosera Derbyensis Drosera Derbyensis (Different pot) Drosera Falconeri Drosera Fulva Drosera Fulva Drosera Fulva Drosera Fulva Drosera Filiformis var. Filiformis Drosera Filiformis var. Filiformis (Offshoot emerging from ground) Drosera Intermedia "Brazil" Drosera Intermedia "Brazil" (Top view) Drosera Intermedia "Brazil" (Offshoot) Drosera Intermedia "Brazil" (Fist of fury - rolling on prey) Drosera Intermedia "Brazil" (Accompanied by an Ordensis behind) Drosera Kenneallyi Drosera Lanata "NT Form" Drosera Lanata "NT Form" (Same pot as above. I call it "The Peacock") Drosera Lanata "NT Form" Drosera Ordensis Drosera Ordensis Drosera Ordensis Drosera Ordensis (Dormant) Drosera Paradoxa Drosera Paradoxa Drosera Paradoxa (Clumping up at the base) Drosera Paradoxa (Small bonsai garden in the making) Drosera Paradoxa Drosera Paradoxa "Kimberley" Drosera Paradoxa (Crazy offshoot. Counted; 8. And most offshoots producing flower stalks) Drosera Paradoxa (Same plant with false vivipary) Drosera Paradoxa (Here's another picture) Drosera Petiolaris Drosera Petiolaris Drosera Petiolaris "Lime Green Form" Drosera Petiolaris "Lime Green Form" (Same plant as above) Drosera Petiolaris "All Red" (Nothing significantly red, most probrably a miss-labelled) Drosera Affinis Lanata x Paradoxa (Took me 6 months to germinate 3 out of hundreds of seeds) Dionaea Muscipula "Typical" Dionaea Muscipula "Akai Ryu" Here's how I do propagation. Alien's eggs. Propagation Chamber - D. Paradoxa (Faster of all; 1 ~ 3 weeks) Propagation Chamber - D. Broomensis Propagation Chamber - D. Broomensis (Epic failure. Instead of sundew, Utric growing under the dome) Propagation Chamber - D. Fulva (Chopped half alive with sharp knife then let grow. Rdiculously easy using this way) Propagation Chamber - D. Fulva (Single leaf pulling has very low success rate) For flower stalk (Drosera Binata var. Multifida) For ailing plant/s, here's the ICU ward Chigago Hope - Drosera Fulva (Infested by Fungus Gnat Larva) This is what happened. Common symptom is in-complete formation of new leafs with burnt tips / black gressy tips (sometimes, leaf tips adhere onto each other steadily too). Leafs get shorter while old traps still exhibit good health. If left un-treated, plant may wither and die in a month. Grey's Anatomy - Drosera Paradoxa (Infested by Fungus Gnat Larva) And here is my assistant P/S: Even though I do not tag them, please do not distribute my pictures wihout acknowledging me. TQ.
