About 1,5years old seedlings. Please post your N.truncata seedlings here.I would like to know how fast this specie grow in your conditions.

That is about normal for this species. But at this stage, they will take off quickly. Do you fertilize? Fertilizing is about the best method to get a seedling out of this stage and onto becoming a larger faster growing plant.
I have seen some growers I know get plants that are unreal when compared to not fertilizing just even a year before that.

No, this is not osmocote. I dont like it. What you see is dirty perlite or polystyrene pellets.I fertilize plants with Wuxal super every 14 days. Osmocote sometimes crack and the inner content flow out which can kill the roots.Also small amount of osmocote pellets are not fully covered with resin, so i dont use them.

This is very true.
If osmocote was used, the seedlings would actually appear more stunted.
