Germination time can vary....For me earliest has been 3 weeks some might even take up to 6 months i heard..It depends on the freshness or how viable the seed is..Humidity i think should be enough considering you stay in malaysia..I never needed any cover for extra humidity. Light, don't put it under hot direct sunlight, just bright light will do. Spaghnum moss is fine.
