when and how you pollinate them?
Are the pollens fresh?
Look like they are not well pollinated as the seeds are not buldging and elongated.

So should i cut the stalk off an toss it ?

some pods are naturally not longish even when pollinated. while i haven't seen how a pollinated Ventricosa x Campanulata pods look like, i would suggest wait till it splits open, harvest all the seeds then sow them. you never know some will germinate.
