« Reply #2 on Oct 16, 2007, 12:32pm » mine is quite a matured plant and has quite a few branches...it currently has about 14 pitchers (or more) of various sizes all over. it`s one of my first neps from eons ago. i guess in saying eternity, you probably mean like 2 years more ? heheh, it`ll grow quite fast Alvin....

I still love my first Nep, my big ol' raff . got it when I was in lower secondary school, all the years it has never failed to pitcher and grow offshoots.

alvin : i used to be able to display the pitchers around the pot in a circular fashion when the nep was smaller ( for my own satisfaction ) but now it`s much much bigger, i can`t `arrange` the pitchers anymore. is there a pic of your old Raf ? hey, it`s almost similiar name to my ol`car...Ralfie. heheh.

here`s an old pic of it from a previous post :

Usually I also arrange my raff pitchers for those with tendrils trailing the ground, I just lift them up and tuck them in between some support (stems) or just make them sit on surfaces of pots. If I leave them forming on the ground, those *@#$%$* squirrels will get at them again.
Here is my good ol' Raff. It's been telling me stories during the time when it was young....*_* .....ok knock it off *raps head*
