I use just a natural light ( the sun) but some of my friend use this 'turbo neon' or fluo compacts light : blue( for the growth) and red( for the flower) 250w 6400k ; some time also in sodium vapour with a orange light from 250w to 1000w .

The plant die on me... Starting, the plant growing well, and have more growing point. But, with smaller pitcher (not mature pitcher). Few months ago, the whole pot just dry by it self

this genus have need of a great air hygrometry 80 to 90% all the time , the pitcher must have always water ( raining water) inside to disolve the prey .

The heli dies because of the heat to the root crown. Heli roots cant withstand heat for prolong period. You may grow it for a short period then suddenly the whole plant die.

I grow mine outdoor at tropical temperature (I didnt measure how much is the temperature at my garden). Media is pure spagnum moss. Sit on 1cm water tray.

Delwin, noted.
