Not much moisture can be there with 90 degrees vertical drops/cliffs like that....

Okay.. I take that back.. But then why is it in cultivation, its often said that northiana pitchers do not develop unless they can rest on a moist surface..?

Well all neps will appreciate they're pitchers resting on some soft ground.........But i guess in N northianas case its not a must.
