Default Re: bare root vs. potted fridge dormancy...

Dear all...

Regarding dormancy in fridge i have tried placing some of my vft to test..

but i practice both cold/dry dormancy...

what i did was...

i uprooted the vft and clean them to the point where no media attached and apply some diluted fungicide then wrap them in moist newspaper (note: just moist not wet) place them in zip lock bags and place them in fridge for 1 - 3 months... then planted them back into the cp media "of your choice" and place them back to where they belong... you will see new growth within a week...

anyway hope this helped... take good care and happy growing...
