Dear all:
I am Chinese, I bought some nepenthes from the FAUZI of Malaysia, but was send back by the Chinese maritime customs, seeking a Malaysia express delivery in China very difficult.I sought two months and did not find out.I want to seek an express delivery company of Malaysia, the customs clearance ability compare stronger. Can make these plants carry China for me smoothly.Want can guarantee can't drive Chinese maritime customs detention or send back.If had to is best with the express delivery company that Chinese maritime customs cooperated.I come from Chinese Shanghai. the specification of the box is 30*40*30. if someone has the related information, please contact me

Sorry I cannot help but at least maybe if I ask these questions maybe someone can help you.

1. Did you mean that shipment from Malaysia was refused entry to China by Chinese customs? You have to ask WHY?

I think big possible reason is because you do not have the proper documents for Live Plant importation to China.

2. Even if you use FEDEX or DHL or any other courier service, if you cannot get proper documentation, and it happens that your package is inspected, it will surely be returned, refused entry or destroyed.

3. I checked out Triffid Park website about Phytosanitary permit, they have a guide to what permits are required per country, they didn't have "China" but only Hong Kong, and HK require the following:

a. Permit to Import (Import permit of Live plant)
b. Phytosanitary certificate (certificate that says the plants are free of pests/etc. I think)
c. If the plants you are importing is listed in CITES, you need a separate certificate for this.

Please try to check first if you have the necessary permits and documents, before you import to your country.

By the way if you do not know where to start, then try to contact your nearest Plant or Agriculture agency. The government agency or department that is in charge of plants.

Good luck!
