Thanks guys.. Northiana is pretty easy for me. I grow it much more shaded than other neps when small. I use burnt earth + limestone.

Casey, northiana pitchers tend to grow better when resting on a moist surface (medium of other pots). They usually don't develop much when hanging in mid-air.
