I also use fish emulsion and some orchid fertilizer on my plants. Get the one that says "No Urea". This is the stuff that can cause root burn if it's too strong. Also put some into the pitchers and rinse out the potting compost between fertilizer applications to flush out any risidual salts they can leave behind. Your plant looks pretty healthy otherwise, - Rich
