when and how you pollinate them?
Are the pollens fresh? Look like they are not well pollinated as the seeds are not buldging and elongated. |

some pods are naturally not longish even when pollinated. while i haven't seen how a pollinated Ventricosa x Campanulata pods look like, i would suggest wait till it splits open, harvest all the seeds then sow them. you never know some will germinate.

Dont worry if its pollinated or not as its too late already to think about that.Use a plastic bag and bag it with some air inside. This to ensure non of the seed got blown away once the pods open.Once the pods open, havest it, plant it and cross your fingers for it to germinate.
