I don't think sarracenias, or any CP for that matter will do well if brought in for display like ornamental foliage plants because they need a lot of sun to grow and thrive well. you will need very bright artificial lighting for growing indoors successfully. If you place your sarras in bright sun, you'll find that they produce larger pitchers with more glorious colour..
