The spur thingy is actually quite common among N. x hookeriana. If one of the parent can be confirm as N. ampullaria, then I believe the other parent would be N. rafflesiana by observing the wings, lid and tendril. N. bicalcarata's tendril will get thicker as it near the pitcher.

Still, the best is to also check the stems and leaves to get a more accurate observation.

If that's the case...then I also think it's a hooker.

I also want to ask the same question, I have a nep looks like ZERO, but i can`t sure its parents. Here are the pics of it(tow pitchers form the same plant):

The lid standing straight up (from N. ampullaria) and the spur on the peristome (from N. rafflesiana) is a trade mark of N. x hookeriana. Wow... where did you get this beauty??

Im learning how to ID nepenthes...

Only N. rafflesiana have "the spur on the peristome" ?

Actually I think hooker spur is shortened raff spur
